Michigan Relay Center

When you receive a call from a Michigan Relay operator – don’t panic – you are receiving a call from a person using a TTY.

The operator will tell you what the person types into their TTY and you can reply by telling them what to type back on the Michigan Relay TTY.

You can also call a person who uses a TTY by calling the Michigan Relay Center and the operator will make call the call to the TTY on your behalf.

Michigan Relay Center relay services are free.
